I’ve always struggled keeping up with a fitness routine however The Burn: Bollywood has been amazing. Rina guides you through the moves and even gives you lower impact options, if necessary, throughout the workout. Her energy is infectious and the Bollywood songs keep me going for the full high impact workout all while in the comfort of my own home. The upbeat music makes you feel like you are on the dance floor except it’s a cardio workout where you will feel the ‘burn’ that has the ability to melt away fat, works your core and improves flexibility. The routine is lots of fun and as a bonus – You even get to play with virtual beach balls.

All the women in my whole family joined The Burn:Bollywood classes since the beginning and we all are really enjoying it with lots of sweating and feeling the burn as well. Love the Music! Catching up with 10 to12 songs in each class from new era to 90’s , wedding songs to Bhangra. Superb!!! Very Affordable price with 3 times a week option gets very convenient.Thank you!

The Burn Bollywood classes have been great! Love the music and high energy. It has become a part of my routine (Even on days when I’m just exhausted and don’t feel like joining, I am happy I did – especially when I see the results on my Apple Watch of the calories burned!). The best part for me is having my kids hearing the music that I loved growing up and on occasion joining in! It really does feel like an Indian wedding reception!

I always hesitate when asked to dance anywhere. Your classes have opened up a new world for me. I thoroughly enjoy dancing to your catchy numbers and simple steps. I am living my childhood dream of being able to dance and in the process burning some calories. Thank you so much.
