It seems all our kids do is stare at their devices. The mere suggestion of going outside or being active throws up walls of resistance. The United States has a childhood obesity crisis, with the CDC reporting around 18.5% of kids age 2-19 are obese. That’s 13.7 million children struggling with the current and lasting impacts of being overweight. We can do something to change it!
Why is it our kids would rather sit around than be active? The problem is not all fitness programs speak to all kids. To get kids to do something, they have to enjoy it! Fitness must be FUN!
Enter the BURN Jr online fitness classes, created with kids in mind. We all know it’s easier to get kids to do something when they want to do it. We used the music and trends they’re interested in to design fitness classes that makes being active fun! Our instructors break the moves down to build their confidence so that they can do it. Watch your kids’ internal fire come to life as they master dance.

Movement and Fitness for the younger ones
We want to see your little ones starting to move and express at a young age. In this class, your youngest bundles of joy will go on a “trip” during each class and will be following along and acting out characters throughout. We will have them jumping, running, hopping, sitting, standing, and everything in between. This is a perfect class for ages 3-7 to keep them engaged, active, and happy!
Tik Tok Party (suggested for ages 8-13)
Learn all the Viral Dance Crazes
The perfect class to get all the kids moving using some of the most popular TikTok trends. So many kids spend hours on tik tok just scrolling and watching videos, let’s take that time, and get them moving! The Burn Jr. Tik Tok Dance Party includes different songs each class and incorporates 45 minutes of straight dancing and moving. In order to keep our younger generation healthy, we have to get them MOVING!
Hip Hop (suggested for ages 7-12)
Smooth Moves, Pumping Beats
Hip Hop is one of the most fun and exciting dance forms and a great way to incorporate some expression and rhythm into your day all while keeping your body moving, staying active, and burning calories. Participants will learn a short hip hop piece in each class! A great way to learn some dance moves, feel comfortable with dancing, build confidence, and work your body!
