Bollywood
Bollywood Dance Fitness Classes for men & women of all ages
If you love Bollywood music, love to dance, and want to burn calories while doing it, this is the right class for you! Move to some of Bollywood’s top hits, learn some signature dance moves, and have a dance party while doing it! This cardio class combines dance with some lower body and arm workouts to give each participant a total body workout. The Burn is real after this class. Come join us up to 3 times a week.
Bollywood Low-Impact
Bringing the Bollywood Beat
If you love Bollywood music, love to dance, but don’t want the extra stress on your knees or ankles, then our low impact class will be perfect for you. You’ll still be moving to Bollywood’s top hits but at a lower intensity than our original The Burn: Bollywood class. This class is designed specifically for those individuals that want a good workout without all the jumping. A perfect class for our older dance enthusiasts as well as anyone that may have limitations with their knees or joints. Participants will still be sweating it out and burning lots of calories!
Ballroom
Foxtrot Your Way to Fitness
Inspired by Dancing With the Stars? Always wanted to give ballroom dancing a go? This is the class for you! This class will optimize your workout while teaching you all the steps you’ve always wanted to know: Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba and so on.
Salsa
Those Hips Don’t Lie
Tap into the rhythmic Latin beat and salsa your way to a healthier you! We’ll cover basic steps like salsa and meringue, while the tracks get you cha-cha-ing like a flamenco dancer. You’ll end every class energized and feeling the BURN.
Kickboxing
Virtual Fitness That Kicks It
Our virtual kickboxing class really packs a punch! You don’t need a bag and gloves to burn the calories here. Our high-energy workout will challenge everyone, igniting those classes and boosting your confidence along the way.
